Welcome to Skill Development and Management Studies Council SDMS Council, Skill Development and Management Studies Council has been registered as an NGO under the aegis of the Government of India. It is essentially a national development agency, an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 29993:2017 certified professional institution with its headquarters in New Delhi. We at SDMS Council recognize that Human development is not at all possible without appropriate skill development and take up the responsible task of imparting skills with utmost seriousness. There are literally millions of job seekers, workers, and employees who dream of a bright future but prevented from doing so from a lack of the necessary knowledge and skills. The SDMS Council realizes the need for not only skill development but also a comprehensive improvement of the youth in our country. So, this organization has stepped in to realize the dreams of these people, by helping them gain the practical skills necessary to either to get a job or to advance in their present jobs. This helps them to achieve much higher standards of living. For nearly half a century, we have been providing courses in disciplines such as Business Management, Education, , Technical, Information Technology and Engineering Courses etc.
The courses are run on the approved standard pattern of syllabus, which maintains high academic standard and carries out numerous functional activities through its various local centres. We organize scientifically planned training programmes in a very affordable cost. SDMS COUNCIL an autonomous and an educational organisation registered to satisfy the educational needs of school dropouts, working adults, housewives and socially disadvantaged and under privileged sections. The mission of SDMS Council is to provide education for all with special concern for girls & women, rural-urban youth, working people, SC/ST challenged & other disadvantaged groups. All Educational Boards/Universities are autonomous bodies. It is left to the discretion of university either to allow or refuse admission to a student from another University. In this way every State Government is at liberty whether to provide service to a person who has passed out from a particular University or Educational Board. Regarding the question of recognition, SDMS COUNCIL is at present one of the leading educational organisations of the country and its courses are like the courses offered by various Educational Boards. SDMS COUNCIL is not in receipt of any grant-in-aid either from the Government or from the UGC, so far. Therefore, UGC Act is not applicable to Board. Viewed at from the fulfilment of provisions of the articles 14, 19(1), 21, 29, 30, 45, 46 344 & 351 of the Indian Constitution 1950. Under Human Rights Protection Act, 1993, autonomous bodies like the Board have been given special protection. For further details please see AIR 1993 SC 217B. SDMS Council is run by under the Indian Trust Act 1882, to educate those who are not educated in conventional manner pioneer board of all deeps in the country.
